THE RIGHTDECKEVERY TIME.

Five trailer types and full container capability. If your freight won't fit a dry van, it doesn't mean you need a different carrier.

Pick a deck. See what it takes.

— CONTAINERS & DRAYAGE

20', 40', 53'. Import, export, and everything in between.

We pull containers from the port and the rail ramp, run them loaded to your consignee, and return the empty. Chassis, pre-pull, street turn, storage — the accessorials are quoted up front, not discovered on the invoice.

01INBOUND

Import Drayage

We pick the box up at the port or ramp, clear the terminal, deliver to your consignee or into one of our warehouses, and return the empty on time.

02OUTBOUND

Export Drayage

Empty pulled, loaded at your dock, delivered into the terminal ahead of the cutoff — with the ingate confirmation sent back to you.

03ACCESSORIAL

Pre-Pull, Storage & Street Turn

When the appointment slips, we pull the box early and hold it rather than burn your free days. Street turns arranged where the steamship line allows.

— THE FINE PRINT, UP FRONT

Questions brokers actually ask.

Are you asset-based?
Yes. SVV owns its trucks and trailers and the drivers are our own. If a load ever needs to go to an outside carrier, we say so before you book it — you'll never find out from a POD with somebody else's name on it.
Do you handle oversize and overweight?
On the step deck and lowboy, yes. Permits, routing and escorts are arranged as part of the quote rather than billed as a surprise. Send dimensions and weight and we'll confirm what the route allows before you commit.
Can you do live unload versus drop and hook?
Both. On recurring lanes we'll usually recommend drop trailers so your dock isn't waiting on ours. Tell us what your facility can handle and we'll fit the equipment to it.
Can you hold freight for us?
Yes. We have secured warehouse and terminal space in 23 cities for staging, cross-dock and short-term storage. Condition is photographed on receipt and again on release.
How fast do you turn a rate around?
Same business day for standard lanes. For specialized, oversize or recurring volume we'll usually want a short call first, so the number holds up over a contract rather than a single load.
