Why that matters to you
Most carriers our size license a third-party TMS and work around whatever it does. We built ours, which means dispatch, documents, tracking and billing all sit in one place instead of three systems that don't talk to each other.
The practical effect is simple: when you call, whoever picks up has your load open in front of them. Nobody has to check a second system, call the driver back, or promise to find out and ring you later.
A claim is won or lost at the handoff.
